what is happening...

     So, just to share a little background, I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter that was conceived with a little help from some fertility doctors. Seems my ovaries don't want to release eggs on their own. Call them selfish. After 2 years of fiddling with nature the Doctors finally got it right, and I was pregnant.
    
     As soon as my beautiful daughter was born, we deceided to go ahead and try for number 2 right away. No waiting cause I am getting old and I want to use up them fresher eggs for making babies. So when the Dr offered birth control pills after my daughter was born I told her " NO WAY" she looked at me like I was crazy.

     Anyhow, to make a long story short we had been trying for over a year with no luck. So I decieded to go ask the Dr's for help one more time. It started like before with the pills and pills and more freaking pills. But we didnt get pregnant. So we put it all on hold for 6 months while the hubby went out to sea. As soon as he got home, it was GAME ON! So, after a 3 month wait on the waiting list, we were finally on our way to being parents again. Only this time, my body doesnt want to respond to the hormone injections as easily as it did the first time. Now we are on our second round of shots at a higher dose. Lets just say that my facial skin doesnt like this one bit. I feel like I'm 15 again, well at least where my skin is involved, and still no actions on the ovaries.

     Right now my only follower, my sister-in-law, knows this whole story and is one of my biggest supporters. But I figured I would put all this down so in the hopes of one day having more followers, this would all be here to read. I plan on putting updates on here of my progress this round of shots and beyond. Hopefully it works this time and I will be posting good news.
